How do I book on an event?
Booking on an event is very easy. Simply click on the 'Book a place' button next to the event you wish to attend and complete the booking form. You will then receive an email confirmation containing details of the event.
You will also be sent an invoice for the event, please ensure this is forwarded to your organisation's finance team.

How do I cancel a booking?
If you wish to cancel your attendance at an event please contact us through the contact form.

Is it possible to specify my access requirements when booking?
Should you have specific access requirements (for example you require wheelchair access), please enter this in the event booking registration form.

How do I pay for my event booking?
As the event registrant, you will be invoiced automatically at the point of booking. This is sent as an attachment in the email we send to you confirming your booking.
!Important: please ensure the invoice is passed to your organisation's finance team.

Can I specify my dietary requirements when booking?
If you have specific dietary requirements you feel we should be made aware of, you can enter these in the booking registration form.
